Delivery

Once the order is completed and paid on the online store, the package will be sent within the next 7 working days.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight of the order and its destination.

Availability of items

The online inventory is updated regularly. However, it may happen that an item you have ordered is no longer available. We will contact you as soon as possible if there is anything preventing us from delivering your order.

Returns and Exchanges

If the product does not suit you, it is possible to exchange it within 10 days of receiving the products. Please contact our team at boutiquedortlottine@gmail.com for any exchange.

All returns are at the customers' expense. However, returning for an exchange is at Dortlottine's expense.

No refunds will be accepted. Exchange or credit note only.
